I had an incredible experience at Ivy & Ale. The food was absolutely amazing. It’s a little on the pricey side, but it’s well worth it for the quality of the food and the level of customer service you receive. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and we just wanted a good vibe without doing anything over the top. Ivy & Ale delivered exactly that. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We interacted with three or four different servers and staff members throughout the evening, and every single one of them was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. I especially want to recognize Amanda. She took great care of us, and you could tell she truly enjoys what she does. She made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and welcome from start to finish. Excellent food, immaculate vibes, and outstanding service. Incredible job, Ivy & Ale. We’ll definitely be back.
Fantastic food! The presentation is great and the taste is even better. The burrata and prosciutto appetizer were delicious and the fresh catch was cooked to perfection.
For starters, my wife has a nack for picking restaurants that are unique, and off the beaten path. While visiting Ft. Walton for our first wedding anniversary, my wife found this cute, little gem just over a mile away from where we were staying. When we pulled in the parking lot, we became excited in our choice for our special occasion. We were greeted right away and were seated almost immediately. But before taking our seats, we noticed the fresh pasta station. We were definitely intrigued. The menu was explained to us, along with the specials for the day. We sipped on a nice, local beer while trying to decide what to order. After much thought, and another local beer, we both decided on separate pasta dishes, and added the day’s fresh catch, which was Grouper. Our chosen dishes did not disappoint. The fresh pasta and adorning sauces were cooked to perfection. We both decided that our meal was probably the best meal out that we have probably eaten. We will definitely make a point to return on our next trip to Ft. Walton Beach.
I've eaten every meal here they've offered. Brunch, happy hour, dinner, and recently we reserved it for a special event. Always professional, the food is impressive and the service is impeccable. Perfect for a date night or to take out of town family to for a treat. No processed food or flavors here, Clint is exceptional at balancing flavors and Amanda keeps the front of house running smoothly. Do not sleep on eating here, we go most weeks for their Wednesday night pasta specials. Ivy & Ale invest back into their community and it shows with the regulars that are known by name and favorite orders.
A true Undiscovered Treasure!!! After a day of activity, my wife and I needed a place to chill. When you walk through the door you are immediately greeted with walls of greenery. A true botanical delight. We were greeted and seated. Emma was our charming server. After we explained the kind of day we had, she recommended something light. She meticulously explained light item options. We settled on the Artisanal Charcuterie Board and the Burrata & Prosciutto. As we waited for our food Emma was very attentive on seeing if we needed anything more than our drinks. My wife had the Cherry Limeade while I had 50/50 tea. The amount of food served was exactly right for the type of day we had. Emma persuaded us to try their homemade from scratch Tiramisu. OH! MY! GOODNESS!!!! What a rich and creamy delight. So rich we needed a to go box. If you want a relaxing date night, this eatery is the place to go. We will absolutely be back.
This was such a great surprise for a brunch and we absolutely loved the ambiance, food and service! This is definitely a place we would love to go back to again. Definitely 5 stars on everything!

Easily one of my top two restaurants in Fort Walton Beach. Not only is the service and hospitality excellent, the food is consistently on point. The ambience is also great, with seating available indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area is shaded with trees to help with the heat so it's quite nice either way. I highly recommend if you're in the area.
Hidden gem off of the busy city area. This place is tucked away in a neighborhood, bit that does not take away from anything minus the traffic and noise. Then let's talk about the food. Omg yummy. Everything is made basically in house and from scratch. Unique flavor combos and fresh ingredients. It's got a great outside area and puppies are always welcomed. Def worth checking out
A wonderful evening and meal on vacation. Can’t recommend enough. Yes the whipped feta is out of this world! My wife had the crab cake risotto which was dynamite and had the pasta special which was fantastic. All and all a must visit while in the area!
